We are proud to announce that we have just received the 2015 Pro Yamaha Gold Dealership award!
Yamaha's Pro Yamaha program is focused on excellence in five categories:
It was an exciting moment to receive the Pro Yamaha award last year, but this takes everything to another level. Central Florida PowerSports is glad to be recognized by Yamaha for our dedication in giving our customers the best in sales, service, and general business practice and in best representing the Yamaha brand.
Yamaha holds us to a very high standard. There are not many authorized Yamaha dealers that achieve the Pro Yamaha status. In fact, over 97% of all Yamaha dealers nation-wide failed to meet this level of excellence.
To achieve this elite designation, we must maintain higher than 92% "Excellent" ratings on all of our CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) customer surveys which monitor our sales, service, and parts departments on their contribution to the customer's total shopping experience. These CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) surveys are mailed by Yamaha Motor Company, completed and returned by our customers, and are evaluated at Yamaha headquarters.
But we're not just a Pro Yamaha Motorsports Dealership. No, we are now a Pro Yamaha GOLD Motorsports Dealership! Our qualification process is even more stringent than the Pro Yamaha requirements. The Pro Yamaha Gold certification indicates a dealer has gone the extra mile to provide you with a higher level of sales and service expertise.
We're very happy to have received the Pro Yamaha status TWO YEARS IN A ROW, and now to be given Pro Yamaha Gold status! These achievements reflect our determination to give you the absolute best in sales, service, and all things Powersports.
So if you're thinking about getting a Yamaha or need any help or have any questions regarding your Yamaha motorcycle or ATV, come right on in to Central Florida's two-time recipient of the elite Pro Yamaha Motorsports Dealership status. We are your partners in performance... and if Yamaha trusts us so much with their brand, we sincerely hope that you do too!

Calling all owners of 2004 - 2013 GSX-R600/750 and 2005 - 2013 GSX-R1000 bikes... We just might have a hundred bucks to give you.
Ok, so here's the deal. A few years back, Suzuki did a safety recall for the Front Brake Master Cylinder on the above models. However, we're finding out that there are still quite a few owners that never came around to get these issues addressed. So we want to do something about it.
That's right. You see... we don't want anyone of our Team #CFPS family driving around on a bike that needs work done on it to make it safer. So, if you own a 2004 - 2013 GSX-R600/750 or 2005 - 2013 GSX-R1000 and you're not 100% positive you've responded to the Front Brake Master Cylinder recall, fill out the form below. There just might be a hundred bucks (and a free safety inspection) in it for ya.
