The 2027 Husqvarna FC 250 Factory Edition leads a new generation of Husqvarna motocross machines, built in limited numbers. Its all-new DOHC engine has a higher compression ratio and a 14,500 rpm limit, so it pulls harder through the rev range while staying smooth and predictable. Around it sits a re-engineered chassis, the new WP XACT closed-cartridge spring fork and a long list of Factory Racing parts.
What's new for 2027
- All-new 250 cc DOHC engine: 15.5:1 compression, 14,500 rpm limit, new oval throttle body, revised intake and redesigned valve train
- Top-feed fuel injection in a redesigned airbox, with improved airflow and protection from dust, mud and water
- New Engine Management System with knock control and gear-dependent mapping; redesigned shift drum and updated Quickshifter
- Re-engineered frame about 500 g lighter with revised stiffness and new engine mounts
- New 1.23 kg aluminum subframe, the lightest ever on a Husqvarna Factory Edition, and a new die-cast aluminum swingarm
- 48 mm WP XACT closed-cartridge spring fork and revised WP XACT rear shock; hand-adjustable compression and rebound
- Narrower, completely redesigned bodywork
- Map Select Switch with two maps, Traction Control, Launch Control and Quickshifter
- Brembo brakes with updated rear pads and a rear brake lever tip adjustable 5 mm
